96 Saturn SL

I have a 4 cylinder, 5 speed. Can't shift when car is running. When engine is off, shifts fine. I checked the transmission fluid, it's fine. The clutch fluid was low, about down to a 1/4 inch. I added more fluid. Still won't shift. Also, when the engine is running, and I push in the clutch, I hear a clicking sound I didn't have before. It goes away when I release the clutch. HELP!!!

Try bleeding the clutch fluid. I had a similar problem years ago, bled the system and all was fine afterwards. I'm not sure how the air got in the system and why it didn't happen again but I'm not complaining. :)
