Need help shopping for Exhaust Manifold part?

I have decided to purchase an Exhaust Manifold with gasquets set on the internet. Most nearby shops in the Bay Area wanted 200-275 for the part alone. But there are several internet sites that sell this part for a low as 60 dollars. I know nothing about cars. So any help is greatly appreciated. I bought this car certified used from a Toyota dealership.

Get the manifold and gaskets for the 1.8 liter engine. The O2 sensor is installed in the exhaust manifold, and you should be able to re-use the old one.
