What 6cyl. can I put in a 84 1ton with camper?

I have a 1984 Toyota mini motor home with a 4 cyl. in it. I would like to know if I can bolt in a 6cyl. or do I have to change out the tranny too. Could some one please tellme what motor or motor tranny combo I shouldlook for. Thankyou for your time. Art
