Will a 67 to 68 cab bolt on to a 73 to 87 frame?

Agreed. It can be made to wrok but it takes some fabiing.

What about a truck cab of similar year onto a shorter Blazer frame??

'73-'87 Chevy/GMC Pick Up cabs will bolt onto the '73-'91 Blazer/Jimmy/Suburban chassis.
