If it's a single cylinder misfire (like cylinder one only) then it could
be the plug, low compression, sticking valve, wire, coil, injector.
Items that only effect that cylinder.
If it's a multiple cylinder random misfire then you start looking at
fuel pressure and flow. As well as air leakage from a vacuum line or
intake gasket. The items that effect all cylinders.
