hi i just bought a sm465 tranny with a np205 tranfer case behind it..... i got the whole setup with clutch pedals and driveshafts and everything for $200.... well wen he went to pull it out of the old truck he forgot to put the shifter in neautral before he pulled the shifter out...i no the tranny is fine because i drove it and it went through every gear perfect...well after messing with it i did seem to get it to go through 1-2-3 and reverse but it wont go into the granny gear....can anyone help me out?????thanks

1st gear isn't synchronized:
Make sure the clutch if fully disengaging, and if the clutch disengages fully.
Remove the top cover and look at the springs and blocker arms in the cover.
