whats the best thing s to do to the that motor to get the most power out of it?????

port, extrude, turbo, blueprint for forced induction, FI mods, properly designed exhaust, and hours on a dyno.
i going to put a b16 head and gsr tranny on the motor what could i do to that to get power out of it but but useing turbo?????
