My Acura TL is the first car I've purchased with leather seats and I definitely don't like them. They are way too hot in the summer - anyone have a way to cool the seats?

Move to a colder part of the world :)
some ppl put on sheepskin covers...acts like insulation. I personally dont like sheepskins...it hides the beautiful leather

Tinted windows. And AC.
the only serious solution I've heard is in the Lincoln SUV. They actually pump AC air into the seats. Talk to your local Lincoln dealer, maybe they have a kit.
My '02 Pathfinder has perforated leather. It is definitely better then just plain leather. You could toss some money toward a trim shop and have your seats perforated.
I can't see this thing lasting for more than a few days, not to mention that it's probably much more hype than action.
