my system shows "SAFE" and will not play anything, how do i get it to play and get that thing off... Thanks

You need to enter the security code for the radio. It should be in the handbooks otherwise contact the your local Audi dealer.

You have a Concert radio, and if you cant find/ don't have the original radio supplement in the glove box, you can either contact the dealer, or get the info here:
