You need to enter the security code for the radio. It should be in the handbooks otherwise contact the your local Audi dealer.

Try Googling "So you've stolen a Symphony Bose radio"
With the quotes Google returns nothing; without quotes Google returns no obviously relevant hits.
You have a Concert radio, and if you cant find/ don't have the original radio supplement in the glove box, you can either contact the dealer, or get the info here:
