Where is the thermostat located on Audi 90?

I haven't been able locate the location of the thermostat on my '90 Audi 90. Can anyone describe its location for me?

That would be the NF I-5 2.2 engine?

Lower Radiator hose, whereit attaches to side of block. Two 10mm bolts.
