I believe that that's the "transmission program" light, which usually means your tranny has failed. Big bucks.

Thank you for the response, means needs to replace it, correct, how if is not on all the time?
It will reset everytime you turn off the car, and not come on again until a fault is detected. You need to get the codes read out (usually at a dealer or specialist) to figure out how bad it is.
