What is ROZ?

Does X ROZ mean X Octane rating? I'm obviously clueless here.

ROZ is the German equivalent of ROM, it looks like. See:

Yes. But there is a minor translation error. "Reguläre Octan-Zahl" equals Regular Octane Number, not "Regulation...."
