Good Luck Charles

Hello all, just a note of warning, after over ten emails over five months I > have not been able to get Expressautoparts.com to refund money owed to me, > $160, for a wrongly ordered part. The part wasn't even opened as I was not > able to get them to not ship it, I just turned it right around and sent it > back. I got the return authorisation number and went through all the correct > channels they asked for. For three months they kept saying that the request > would be forwarded to the credits department, and nothing would happen > afterwards. Now when I email the managment there the email gets a dead end > from the link on their site and is returned to me. Just trying to warn > anybody and everybody from this suspect company. Don't buy from them is my > recommendation. > > David Algie > >
