I just purchased this truck (4 cylinder, manual, no A/C or power anything except for the tape player/radio). I was driving along and I heard a buzz and the power seemed to fade and come back, fade then came back. Then all was normal again. All the guages read normal and the truck was well cared for (has 76K miles). Any ideas?

Loose ground wire from battery to block or fuzzy positive connection between battery and distribution block.

So just simply trace wires from the battery to the these two points and tighten?
