is there a different intake for the Votec V8? one that looks more "hotrod" and that maybe cleans up the engine compartment cause it just looks so messy like cluttered i wanna tighten it up a little

Not much choice really, besides the stock intake is tuned to engine and heads and flows pretty good, "hot rod" looking or not. Changing it can effect engine operation and power output and power band itself so be carefull here.

One of the aftermarket kits replaces the plastic tubeing with alum or some other metle tubing. Not sure who makes it but it looks alot like the tubing used on Vortec super chargers. I?d just start looking on the larger online catalogs, and give them a call cause most of them only list a small % of what they can get you.
