What's up everyone,
I have a G20 van with the tbi and I am having some trouble with it. Hopefully somebody has some pointers for me. The van has a big time loss of power, I can no longer maintain 70 in O/D with the torque converter locked. Recently replaced the fuel pump, filter, plugs, wires, o2 sensor, cap and rotor with no change. I suspect a few things like a plugged cat, but disconnected exhaust before cat and same thing. Maybe now thinking fuel pressure. If the fuel pressure is indeed low, wouldn't that set a lean trouble code? Van idles fine and there is no spitting or sputtering. With that said every now and then especially on the shift to 2nd gear there is a slight hesitation. Any other suggestions what to look for? There are no stored codes in the computer.
