HELP!!!

I have some issues with my 2001 GMC Sonoma 4x4 truck. IT has a 4.3 V6 engine. I seem to be having trouble with brakes ever since I bought it. It wa a year old used only less then 14000 miles. It now has about

57000 on it. I keep it up but I am always putting new brakes and rotors. I had a wheel bearing go out a few months ago. It was aligned and everything but a buddy of mine said to watch because though my tires were still new they may wear. It hasnt even been 2 years with the tires I had on it. I had to have new ones put on the front and need new ones before winter on the rear.. The tire guy said to have it realigned ASAP since that bearing was replaced as the wear pattern on the tires was already there and may have nocked it out of align again. I put new brakes on the front recently but the rears which have at least 3/4 pad and good rotors. They make all kinds of squeals and funny noises I cant explain. The tire guy said the rear brakes felt pretty tight. What can I do to fix the brakes on the rear. I also know it needs a lube job. Some of the grease fittings wont take any rease though. It maybe my grease gun though it doesnt work good. So what can or should I do to fix it. Or should I j mechanic check it just let my mechanic check it out. THough he just told me what to check and I did and all seems ok to me. Let me know if you can THanks. One of my other buddies said to trade it in but not after the money I put in to it recently. Thing is I still malking payments on it and it suckes to repair and do that too
