I have not been able to find any really good reference/service manuals that are currently on the web. What I would like to do is readjust my torsion bars on my 93 4x4. My question is, should I adjust them evenly by the number of turns on the adjustment bolt, use a torque wrench. or is there an even better way to do it. - Thanks in advance for any help

What are you attempting to do? Raise the height? Even the height from side to side? Either way, you cannot simply fiddle with the torsion bars without having an alignment done. You would be further ahead to take the vehicle into an alignment shop, have them raise, lower, even the ride out, whatever you are wanting, and then align the thing.
