I have a friend who owns a 99 T&C and continually locks herself out because the van locks automatically when the doors are shut no matter where the keys are. The manual says nothing about programming the locks, and I would like to help her figure it out.
Does anyone have any suggestions?

As much as I can tell there is not an aftermerket alarm. There seems to be no evidence of one, and it does not have any sort of a siren.
