Check engine light came on this morning. Code that comes up is P1491 which I believe is RAD FAN RELAY CIRCUIT.
I can't find a relay labeled as such in the relay center. The RAD fan fuse checks OK.
Suggestions on what and where to check would be appreciated.

I removed the headlamp assembly to get to it, but I can't get both of my hands in to lift the locking tab and pull at the same time. Do I need to pull the whole front off to get at this?
