300 m heater controls

There is a little fan on the rear side of the fan speed control on the heater controls that keeps running even when the car is off. Is there any way to fix this?

When you say it "keeps running" - do you mean runs for a minute or so then cuts off (normal), or never shuts off (not normal)?

It is called the in car aspirator motor Your vihicle is equipped with ATC system, each time you open the door of the vehicle that motor turns on for about 2 min and samples the temp in the vehicle. when you are driving the car or the ignition switch is on that motor will always run even when the ATC system head "off" button is pushed. If it is noisy try blowing the acumulated dust off of it.
