I have a 1995 intrepid it was running fine until a few days ago drove the car to the store and came out to leave and it wouldn't move. it goes into gear but won't move feels like brakes are being applied I tried to push it in neutral while it was running and it acted like it was in park and made a grinding noise I can push it if it isn't running I checked the fluid,cables,brake switch, ignition interlock is there a solenoid or actuator that works the park sprag Thanks in advance for any insight to my problem
