I recently purchased a 93 chry 5th ave with the 3.3 engine well it started acting up one day so i took it to auto zone and had a diagnostic check the code came back as the egr valve i replaced that but still no change in the way it is now running THE CODE NOW IS 1255 HOPEFULLY THAT IS THE BATTERY RECENTLY DISCONNECTED CODE i can drive with no problems for about 2 minutes then car starts spitting and sputtering all the way back home at 16mph' i am 21 with a fiancee a 2and a one year old girl with another one in the oven i really need my car CAN YOU HELP ME PLEASE

Never let Autozone "diagnose" your car.
You can check the codes all by yourself.
To check the computer codes:
With the engine off, switch the ignition key on-off-on-off-on, leaving it "ON". Do not go to "start", just "on" during this procedure.
Watch the "Check Engine" or "Power Loss" light. It will turn on, then go off, then will begin to flash-out any trouble codes that have been stored. For instance, if it flashes:

Then you have a 12 (one flash followed by two) a 35 (three and five) and a
55 (five and five).12: "Start of codes"
55: "End of codes".
Condoms. Buy and use.
Stay away from Auto zone, all they do is sell parts, they don't diagnose!! you have no fault codes in the system, 12 is the start of the sequence and
55 is the end. Have it diagnosed by someone who knows what they are doing. You could have a bad fuel pump, cam/ crank sensor or it just may need a good tune upGlenn Beasley Chrysler Tech

You really should have brought your car to the local Chinese restaurant for the diagnostic check. They can tell you more about your car than those discount auto places. Their relatives make all the parts!
I suppose NASA could have done the same for the shuttle.
They had thought about it but couldn't find one that had a lift big enough!
