Engine oil leak and P/S pump pulley - 92 Dynasty, 3.3L

Two questions Chrysler Dynasty 1992, 3.3L

1)Engine oil leak - Over the past couple months I've notice a leak (thats getting worst) from the engine. It isnt coming from the heads or head covers, so it isnt a gasket or leak from the top of the engine. I have changed out the oilpan gasket as it looked the leak was originating from there. After the gasket was changed, the leak continued and would come out from around where the bell housing and engine would meet. The flywheel is dry, so I would assume it would not be a main crank seal at the rear of the engine. Any ideas as to where this leak could be coming from?

2) Power Steering pump pulley - Has anyone ever had to get a pulley changed out on this pump? I changed out the water pump last weekend and since the belt was off, I noticed the power steering pump pulley was loose on the pump shaft. I also noticed that it was plastic, and would account for it to wobble on the shaft due to wear. Have these always come with plastic pulleys, or is there a metal pulley you can get for it?

Thanks, Tom

I once had a leak from the timing case on my 3.3, that appeared as though it was coming from the oil pan. It took the dealer three tries to figure it out. Luckily, the warranty covered it.
