We have a 1990 Dodge Spirit and need to remove and replace the transmission. Can anyone tell me where we can find detailed step-by-step instructions on how to do this?

In the Factory Service Manual. *Not* in a Chilton's or Haynes manual.
Oh, what good advice that is. Now if only everybody would take it instead of getting in these groups and saying "can somebody pleeeeez email me a free copy of the wiring diagram" and all that.
I agree, don't waste your money on aftermarket manuals.
