is-it a big job to replace the 2.7 engine in a 2001 intrepid with a 2.7 from a 2004 seabring. Do i have to make big change on the seabring engine to fit-it in the intrepid?

What you really want to do is to upgrade to the 3.3. Use the group page of

- there is (are?) tons of info. there on engine swaps in the Intrepid, icluding what year computers will and won't work, everything needed for the job, options as far as other engines, etc.
