And what's WRONG with a RWD, Slant 6, no computer. no power brakes. recirulating ball steering. more metal in it hood then in a Hemi REAL CAR!

Sheesh, you could have at LEAST said "Dart" or "Valiant" instead of "Aspen!"
Every point you make about the Aspen compared to a K-car applies to a Dart versus an Aspen. Some of us are old enough to remember thinking "what a plastic-loaded tinfoil piece of ****!!" the first time we saw an Aspen or Volare (or Fairmont, or Omega, or Citation) when we'd been used to Darts, Satellites, Cutlasses, Torinos, and the like.
I am old enought to remember when the Darts were full size cars and not renamed Lancers!
My dad had both the "real" Darts and an Aspen
And while I would perfer to had the Dart, he only left me the Aspen.
Not only were they FDW X-Cars, but, also GM's and as such don't count as real cars. Which, until the "k" car mopars always were.
