I am looking for info on remote starters for this car. Since it has a factory alarm and remote doors locks and trunk release etc. Is there one that is simply for remote start ONLY without all the bells and whistles? Thanks

Yes, and I believe some of the "remote start only" systems come with remotes that work the existing stuff as well as the added remote start feature (so you only have to carry around one remote).

I plan to add remote start to my Concorde (barebones - no existing alarms) after Christmas, so I am also starting to pay attention to the discussions on the topic.
