I have a 1999 Sebring convertible with an ABS system that now cycles regularly even when the brakes are not being used. I've come across some info regarding Bendix systems in early 90's Chryslers that had a similar problem, but I've found nothing mentioning this problem in newer cars. Has anyone had this problem diagnosed?
