On my moms '94 Caravan a large amount of smoke pours out from the exaust pipe. More so then normal. What does this indicate?

Probably that you have the 3.0-litre Mitsubishi-built V6 engine, which is either sorely in need of crankcase ventillation system service, has stuck rings or has dropped valve guides.
