It's been raining here on the Northern California coast. I suppose that's how the water got into the driver's seat belt reel on my '94 Grand Voyager LE, which I just bought. All of the webbing that was in the reel got soaked. Has anyone else experienced this? I've had two other vans ('94 and '92) and never had this happen. Can't figure out how water would get in this reel and leave the carpet underneath it dry. The van has rear air, which I haven't used yet. Previous owner said it never happened to her, and that she didn't wash or clean or get water anywhere near the seat belt.
