How do you get the wiring connectors disconnected like the one that is connected to the throttle body? This is on a 2001 Caravan. I have a FSM but have never been able to take any of these apart without breaking them. Thanks,

There's a tool, it sort of like a prybar, with ends that slip into the external tab and release it from the "tit" on the unit you want to remove the harness from. I don't recall the name, but I believe it's HELP brand, most parts stores carry it.
Not sure about the particular connector you're talking about, but the connectors on Chrysler vehicles generally have a locking key (orange or red) that has to be removed, then you can demate the connector (also may be a secondary latch that you have to press). It's a paradox - it's only after you break it and get it apart that you can look at it close enough to see how to properly get it apart.
