The one thing doesn't *necessarily* follow from the other. The XM workshop manual is available on CD for example and while this is a breach of Citroen's copyright they seem to have turned a blind eye to its distribution. So it may be that the CX manual is also available somewhere. I heard about the XM manual on the Yahoogroups XM list so you probably need to hunt around for a similar specialist CX group.
