I'd like to thank everyone for replying. I found out through all sorts of trip prep hell I'll be in Bidford-on-avon. That for me was hard to find on maps. But it was either that or a B&B almost within walking distance to Glasgow. Looks like I'll be seeing things way beyond London in the UK for the 8 nights I'l be there (apr. 6-14th)

Thanks to the person who mentioned the Mini Spares bonanza. I found out I'm only 30 miles from that, so that's very doable. Anyone in the bidford area I can hitch a ride to there? I'll buy you dinner.

I've already(at a cost of $13 for faxing) reserved a trip to the BMW plant to see where the new Minis are made.

And I'm only 50 or so miles from Sheffield, where I intend to visit The Spitfire Graveyard for some crazy photo opportunities.

I think I'll have to cancel the mini-trip to where The Prisoner was filmed. Darn, Wales looked fun.

Then I gotta go find a Spitfire scale model somewhere.

I would check your map again.

By the way the Coventry Motor Transport museum has just reopened after being refurbished. I haven't been yet, but it sounds good.
