Anyone know anything about humbers?

Not me.

I just saved a tickford super snipe from a kit car life.

Do you mean one of these?

You're a brave man. I salute you! The very best of luck with it.

There are a few Rootes Humbers in a former motor museum at Seacliff, near Dunedin, NZ. And does anyone want a 1955 Hawk? Drives ok, no perforations in body, good trim, parked long-term and run occasionally in Lyttelton, NZ. Around NZ$1500, drive it away. And the ex-Tongan Royal car, a Pullman Landaulet, is being restored right now by

Well, the making £50 bit might be hard, but saving it probably won't be if the chassis is complete.

And well done, btw. Turning something like that into a kit car is sacrilege.

Hear hear...fabulous looking beast if someone can get her back together.

Try and contact Lye engineering, Scole near Diss, Norfolk.

He has just finished a rebuild of a soft top.

Mail me direct and I will dig out a contact number for you.
