Are the pads interchangeable front to back?
what is the avg price for front pads? i think the chev shop here is high priced. Auto supply stores still charge $50 for them.

didn't think so as front should be larger, but worth the question, thanks anything tricky to watch for when changing front pads?

Nothing tricky, just the usual thin rotors that will need to be changed if the can't be resurfaced.
