2000 RAM 6 cylinder stalls

This problem has gone on for a year. Will stall in all situations: when idling in park or running on the freeway. Says "No BUS" or "NO BU5" when it happens. Hazard lights work for a while and then stop. It will start back up in about 15 minutes and run fine. It can go for months without happening or it can happen 4 times a day. Replaced the coil and wires. Fuel pressure is fine. Any ideas?

Sounds like you may be experiencing an intermittent short to the 5 volt supply to all the sensors. This will be tricky to find and will have to be acting up before you can attempt to repair it. You need to unplug each sensor one at a time while monitoring the 5v signal is the easiest way to check for a shorted sensor. When using this method of unplugging each sensor on the 5 volt line, be sure to turn the ignition key off and back on when rechecking the 5 volt supply output. This holds true for the primary 5 volt supply and the secondary five volt supply. If there is no 5 volts on the sensor wire and you unplug a sensor and the 5 volt appears you have found the problem.
