How do i get into the inner part of the sliding door?

My guess is you want to know how to remove the door panel???? If it is on the drivers side you pull out the screw in the little ash tray looking holder, pull off the upper window molding (it just pops off) and remove the one screw behind that molding you just removed, you will see it at the back end of the window, Then just pull the panel hard , it pops off, the only difference to the passenger side is there is no ash tray looking holder there
