When the road is smooth - nothing, but when it little rough there is a noise coming from the door. It is a sliding passenger door on a right side from driver.

I don't see a question in the original post, but I'm guessing that you want to know what is causing the noise and how to eliminate the noise. Unfortunately, noises are difficult to diagnose without hearing them first hand. It would also help to know the model year and mileage of the vehicle. There are some technical service bulletins regarding sliding door noise, you can access the TSB's at techinfo.toyota.com for $10/day.
There was a TSB on the sliding door noise. You should visit your dealer and have them check it out. Another place to check is:
