hey man i think i know wat could be ur problem. i had the same problem just a few weeks ago on my 92 dodge spirit. There is a circuit breaker or a relay (i forget which one)located by the ECM right by the battery with a dingy white colored connector going into it. it is mounted on the fender wall so u probably have to remove the battery to get to it. check to see if there's any corrosion in the connector and then check to see if that breaker/relay is bad. lemme know if u have any luck. ttyl.
