Your inside windows frost up because you have moisture inside the vehicle. The moisture can come from rain/snow brought into the vehicle from your shoes or you may have a water leak.

On mine, it was the right rear tail-light assembly gasket. It was dried out, brittle, and cracked. Water came down the channel, and right through the bad gasket and into the trunk. A gasket kit is available at the dealer, or you could try some silicon caulking.
