It is located at the rear of the engine behind a plate that is bolted to the block just between the drive shaft and the block. A real pain to replace and the vehicle has to be raised in the air. Also, when you replace it, make sure to clean any oil out of the connector with a degreaser of some kind or the lite may come back on.
