Like Joe said, these books show up on Ebay all the time, well worth the price.
For a 2nd generation Firebird, something like a 46th edition (1970-1980, with
some earlier models) would be best. Hope this helps.
The 71 Camaro bumper is similar but where it wraps around the quarters, it's
a lot shorter that the Pontiac bumper. The 73 Camaro bumper is not only
shorter but it seems to wrap upwards. Search the web for T/A and Camaro
pictures and you can see the difference.

Also, the bumper brackets(that mount the bumper to the body) are different for
70-72 and 73. 1973 pushed the bumper away from the body 1/2 inch for the
bumper laws that year.
