Searching Google for Chevrolet Service Bulletin No. 82-T-58 only came up with this. I'd recommend calling your local dealer and asking them to look it up for you.

Alldata only goes back to 1982. You'd have to find the old 1981 and older Chevy bulletins. However, as I remember, there were catalyst changes in some of those vehicles.
