getting someone "Removed" from an unmoderated UseNet Newsgroup is next to impossible. It used to be webmasters would remove people's UseNet Access, or cancel their account, but those days are gone as well. Basically if you have a problem with some one here Ignore them. Depending on your news reader either block their user name(s) and e mail address, or use a kill filter.
Do the same if they e mail you. Posting that you want them gone just tosses fuel on their fire.
