The instrument panel lights are dark unless the switch is rotated completely to the "click on" position, where the interior lights and panel lights all go on together. Could that be a fuse somewhere besides the fuse panel, where they are all good? Is it a bad switch? If the switch is bad, is it a horrorshow to replace?
