Scratched Windshield.... HELP?

I have 3 slight scratches on my windshield, I think there form the wipers. Is there anyway to buff these out of the glass or what can I do to improve my situation. Thanks

For about 40 years now I have used a 7" buffer with turtlewax white polishing compound to remove scratches on windshields. It has always worked.
