The fuse link for my fuel pump/radiator fan is burnt. This is located by the stater relay near the battery.There is not enough wire left to put a connector on. Is it ok to open up the rubber block that the wire comes out of? There are three wires going into the rubber block, which is about 1 inch long and a half inch wide, and one wire coming out which goes tho the starter relay. This is the fuse link. thanks
