anyone know what could be wrong/ how to fix the antilock brake light which is constantly on, in the dashboard?

Take the vehicle to a competent technician and have him determine the fault in the system indicated by the light. Evan a complete failure of the ABS system leaves you with complete braking but without the benefit of the anti lock feature.
