94 Ford Ranger 5 Spd. Std. Jerking

My son's 94 Ford Ranger is jerking in all gears but 1st. He just had the clutch done a few months ago. Any ideas on what the problem could be?

Nevermind. We found the problem: a Right rear tire with tread seperation.
